I turn big ships in small spaces

After decades leading digital and enterprise transformation, I learned a hard truth: strategy does not fail nearly as often as execution does. Across roles at UPS, ING, and The Coca-Cola Company, I watched well-designed transformations stall for the same underlying reasons, confidence eroded, alignment fractured, and ROI became harder to defend the further initiatives moved from planning into reality. Those forces were rarely visible in plans or dashboards, but they consistently determined outcomes. That observation became the Four Currentsâ„¢ Framework, a way to surface the human, organizational, and economic dynamics that quietly shape whether transformation gains momentum or runs aground. The Transformation Guild exists to make those currents visible. Through research, diagnostics, and a practitioner-driven community, we help leaders and advisors see where transformation is at risk, and correct course before belief, time, and value are lost. Clarity does not simplify transformation. It makes it navigable.
